Q: How do the Ayurveda Experts understand the concerns?
A: The below steps are followed to holistically understand and analyse your unique concerns:

• The customer is requested to fill a form about themselves elaborating their primary concern.
• The first phase of the consultation involves an in-depth examination through a specific set of questions, that further helps the expert understand your symptoms and analyse the primary imbalance.
• Based on this analysis, the expert curates a list of recommendations that include DIY remedies, lifestyle changes and products that will effectively alleviate the concern.

Q: How much does this Ayurvedic Consultation cost?
A: This interaction comes with a small fee of INR 500/-* which will be redeemable as a coupon when you choose to purchase any of our products on Forest Essentials website within one week of your consult call.

Q: What is the primary mode of interaction?
A: The primary mode will be a telephonic conversation with our Ayurveda Expert. Once you have scheduled your call, you will receive a confirmation through email.

Q: How long will the interaction be for?
A: It will be a 15-minute-long telephonic interaction.

Q: What are the available days and timings for the interaction?
A: Depending on the Expert’s availability, telephonic interactions are available throughout the week. Please check the calendar for available slots.

Q: How can I reschedule my appointment?
A: The customer has the option to reschedule their appointment on the confirmation email they receive after scheduling the first appointment. Our expert will call the customer on the provided number twice, at the scheduled time. If the customer fails to answer on both occasions, they will be required to reschedule their appointment for the next available time slot, following the same process.

Q: How do I book myself a follow-up interaction?
A: You can follow the same 3-step process to book yourself a follow-up interaction.

Q: Do I have to purchase the products suggested to me to redeem the coupon?
A: The coupon is redeemable against the purchase of any product listed on the Forest Essentials website.

Q: What do I do in case I face issues while redeeming my coupon?
A: You can write to us at service@forestessentialsindia.com and our support team will resolve your issue at the earliest.

Q: If I return the product I have purchased post my consult, will the voucher value be refunded too?
A: The voucher can be redeemed only once within one week of your consultation call and cannot be refunded in case you choose not to make a purchase. In the event you purchase products and decide to return them, the amount refunded will be the difference after applying the INR 500 voucher. Also, in case you purchase a product of a value lower than INR 500, the difference in the voucher will elapse.
Eg 1. Your purchase value is INR 2,895 and the voucher value is INR 500. In the event of a return request, the amount refunded will be the difference i.e., INR 2,395 only.
Eg 2. Your purchase value is INR 395, and the voucher value is INR 500, the difference of INR 105 will elapse.
