A customised cream is tailored to your unique skin type, concerns, and goals—offering more effective and targeted results than a one-size-fits-all product.

At the moment, customisation is only available for our facial creams, serums and essences. However, our experts are happy to guide you in selecting the most suitable products from our existing Forest Essentials range based on your skin type and concerns.

The cream should be ready to dispatch to you within 14 days from the date your order is confirmed and payment is registered. Post-dispatch, delivery generally takes 2 to 3 days as required by the courier service, depending on your location.

STEP 1 – TAKE OUR SKIN ANALYSIS
We will immerse you into the Forest Essentials universe, introducing you to our expert created questionnaire. You will fill out the questionnaire specially designed to find the perfect ingredients and formulas for your skin.

STEP 2 – OUR AYURVEDA EXPERT WILL CONNECT WITH YOU
Through personalised communication, we analyse your responses, your history, and characteristics to formulate the most appropriate cream for you that provides the maximum benefit.

STEP 3 – YOUR CUSTOM FORMULA IS PRESENTED
Our expert formulators and designated R&D team process your answers to determine a unique blend of clean, active ingredients needed to address your specific needs and preferences.
The formulation will be presented to you along with the final price of the cream. It will be at your discretion to proceed with the cream or not at this step.
Once we receive your confirmation and the payment, we will proceed to prepare your customised formulation.

STEP 4 – YOUR CUSTOM FORMULA ARRIVES
Once created, your formula will be delivered to your door along with a personalised “Letter of Ritual” to guide you on what is recommended to be used before and after your cream to suit your skin the best.

For reorders, you can contact our team directly with your previous formulation code, and we’ll recreate your customised cream without the need for a new consultation—unless your skin concerns have changed.

The formulations have been updated with advanced actives and enhanced blends to deliver more effective results. We've refined the textures and ingredients based on the latest in Ayurvedic research and skincare science to better address evolving skin concerns.

As our team of expert researchers, formulators and Ayurvedic doctors painstakingly analyse, decode and solve each skin concern, your history and skin characteristics, we find we will need to charge a small fee of INR 3000/- for the consultation service.

The consultation fee will be reimbursed to you once we receive payment for the confirmed order of your customised cream.

As the cream will be customised uniquely for you, the final price of the cream depends on the formulation that will be recommended for your unique skin type and concerns. This will be determined after you pay the consultation fee and fill out the questionnaire available on our website, our experts will then arrange for a call with you to understand your requirements and preferences, and then basis their meticulous research our expert formulators will present a custom formula for you, which will include the price details of the cream.

Once we present our findings, the composition of the cream and the pricing to you, the decision to purchase the cream will be completely at your discretion.

If you choose to go ahead with the formulation, we will reimburse the consultation fee charged earlier, after we have received payment for your customised cream order. Alternatively, if you choose not to proceed with the order of the cream, the consultation fee will not be reversed.

As the cream is completely customised to suit your specific needs, we will not be able to entertain any returns, refunds, or exchanges on this product.
